Journey of Aycos Life Sciences
- Began operations in a 200 sq ft facility with three initial products: pheromone products & traps, and insect identification/control stickers (yellow, blue, white; with and without adhesive).
- Early focus on managing sucking pests that can destroy 70–80% of yields.
- Generated initial revenue of ₹5 lakhs in the first two months.
- Launched a complete range of micronutrient mixtures developed to meet FCO standards and accreditation requirements.
- Secured a soft term loan of ₹1 crore from Indian Bank under the National Agri-Infrastructure Fund, enabling investments in manufacturing capability and scale-up.
- Shortlisted as a finalist at IIT Kashipur for a new innovative bio-herbicide development program.
- Reached ₹70 lakh for the Year 2023-24
- Finalist at the IIT Kashipur Incubation Centre for a grant award of ₹10 lakhs.
- Selected for financial assistance under the Krushi Navodyama Agri Start-ups scheme for development of improved biological formulations focused on soil restoration and environmental safety (March 2024).
- Expanded facility to 2,000 sq. ft. and upgraded to GMP-standard processes.
- Reached ₹120 lakh for the Year 2024-25
- Received Bio-stimulant registration/licence aligned with FCO 1985 guidelines, supported by GLP lab and GMP-compliant manufacturing facilities.
- Reached and supported over 500,000 farmers through product supply, field demonstrations, and agronomy support—indirectly empowering farmers to improve crop development and yields.
Where we’re headed (2025–2028)
- Scale manufacturing and expand product registrations while adding a full suite of farmer services powered by AI-driven tools to deliver personalized recommendations, precision advisory, and efficient supply-chain support
- Expand demo networks, farmer training, and e-commerce reach.
