Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled after shipment or delivery in the following cases:

- The shipping address is found to be incomplete, incorrect, inaccessible, or untraceable
- The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts
- Products are damaged during transit and delivery is refused by the customer
Important Notice
Customers are advised not to accept any package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
Conditions for Refund Eligibility

- Products covered under warranty are not eligible for cancellation-based refunds

Gift coupons or promotional offers used during purchase are non-refundable in the event of order cancellation.

Cheque Reissue Conditions
- Lost refund cheques may be reissued within 15 days upon submission of the required affidavit
- Incorrectly issued cheques may be replaced within 15 days after the original cheque is returned

Shipping Policy
